Executive Vice President and industrial specialist Matt McLennan, SIOR, CCIM of Kidder Mathews has been elected to the Economic Development Board (EDB) for Tacoma-Pierce County Washington. As a board member, McLennan will help foster economic growth in the South Sound region by aiding companies in creating new jobs.
McLennan expressed his excitement about joining EDB: “I am honored and thrilled to join this organization that works so hard to attract businesses into our local community. I hope my expertise from the real estate perspective can further advance their mission.”
McLennan specializes in leasing, sale, development management and investment of industrial properties throughout Puget Sound Region. Since 2017 he has facilitated over 3 million square feet of sale and lease transactions; recently being named one of Top Brokers for 2023 .
