Prime/Capri Interests LLC, a joint venture of The Prime Group and Capri Investment Group, is revitalizing 740,000 square feet of space in the former BMO Harris Bank headquarters located in the LaSalle Street Historic District. Stantec is providing architecture and interior design services for this $300-million project which will bring The Monroe Hotel and Club Residences to Chicago Loop.
The 24-story landmark will feature 345 apartments on its upper floors with 105 apartments set aside as affordable housing for tenants with income at an average of 60% area median. An approximately 300-key hotel located on ground through 11th floors will include a rooftop bar & swimming pool along with fine dining restaurant in the lobby entrance.
