**BMC Investments Secures $53M Construction Loan for Denver Office Development**
Walker & Dunlop has arranged a $53 million construction loan to refinance Milwaukee Place, a new Class A office and retail development planned at 242 Milwaukee Street in Denver, Colorado.
The financing was arranged by W&D Capital Markets, with a team led by Justin Nelson, Eric Norris, PJ Feichtmeier, and Jared Diedrich. The floating-rate, interest-only loan was provided by FirstBank, under the leadership of Michael Kosakowski.
Milwaukee Place is set to include approximately 94,000 rentable square feet. The project will feature 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 84,000 square feet of office space spanning the second through seventh floors. Designed with modern amenities in mind, the property will offer outdoor patio seating, a sixth-floor terrace, and a high-end lobby.
Located in Denver’s sought-after Cherry Creek neighborhood, Milwaukee Place will provide convenient access to downtown while offering a premier office environment for employees and executives. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
