BlueCrest Capital Management, a British-American hedge fund, has inked a 21,640 square feet lease at 450 Park Avenue with SL Green Realty Corp. The 15-year agreement covers the entire 30th and 31st floors of the building.
Located at the corner of 57th Street and Park Avenue, this building is currently undergoing upgrades which include a new lobby and tenant-only fitness center.
