**Blue Robotics Relocates Headquarters to AltaSea Campus**

AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles has finalized a significant long-term lease agreement with Blue Robotics, a global leader in affordable, high-performance underwater robotics. The 10-year lease covers a 49,000-square-foot space, bringing Blue Robotics’ corporate headquarters and production facilities to AltaSea’s expansive 35-acre innovation campus.

“We are thrilled to welcome our longtime partner Blue Robotics to the AltaSea campus in a significantly expanded capacity,” said Terry Tamminen, President and CEO of AltaSea. “The move to AltaSea provides Blue Robotics with direct access to the ocean for testing and development of advanced marine robotics systems, as well as opportunities to collaborate with a dynamic community of innovative ocean technology companies at AltaSea.”

Previously based in Torrance, California, Blue Robotics has maintained an ongoing partnership with AltaSea. The relocation of its headquarters marks an important step in expanding its presence within the region’s thriving maritime innovation landscape. With this lease, occupancy at AltaSea’s Center for Innovation now reaches approximately 85%.

The move reflects a growing synergy among ocean-focused tech pioneers, with AltaSea continuing to serve as a hub for blue economy research and development.
