"Blinds To Go: Opening in Upper East Side"

Blinds To Go is opening its first Manhattan location at 1011 Third Avenue in Midtown East. The storefront, previously occupied by Dylan’s Candy Bar, will span nearly 11,000 square feet and has been secured on a 15-year lease with an asking rent of $250 per square foot.

The seller was represented by Adam Henick of Current Real Estate Advisors while Ripco acted as the representative for property owner Olshan Properties. This marks Blinds To Go’s debut in the Upper East Side area.
