**Black Lion Sells Two Prime Miami Restaurant Properties in $38.25M Deal**

Black Lion has closed a $38.25 million all-cash transaction for two high-profile restaurant spaces in Miami. The properties, located within the SLS Lux Brickell and the recently rebranded Dua Miami Hotel (formerly SLS Brickell), were originally acquired for a combined total of $23.3 million.

This deal comes on the heels of Black Lion’s earlier transaction in January, in which the firm sold the CATCH Miami Beach property for $28.2 million.

The restaurant space at SLS Lux, located at 8 SE 8th Street, is currently leased to GEKKŌ and will continue under that lease. The venue includes approximately 8,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor dining.

The second property, situated at 1300 S. Miami Avenue within the Dua Miami Hotel, is home to RosaNegra Miami. It comprises 9,000 square feet of indoor space and another 4,600 square feet outdoors.

Black Lion was represented in the transaction by Fabio and Sebastian Faerman of FA Commercial. The buyer was represented by Kevin Waissmann of Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate.
