"BKM Capital Partners Acquires 450K SF Industrial Park in Portland"

BKM Capital Partners, a leading institutional fund manager, has recently completed the acquisition of 217 Distribution Center in metro Portland. The five-building industrial park was sold by an investor for $67 million.

Located at 10950-11065 SW 11th Street in Beaverton, the property boasts a total of 13 units. BKM plans to invest approximately $4 million into capital improvements such as roof upgrades, parking lot renovations, landscaping enhancements and HVAC system updates. Currently fully leased to reputable tenants including Nike and Rexel among others, the complex offers high visibility along Highway 217 and convenient access to both Portland Metro area and broader Pacific Northwest region.

This transaction marks another successful deal for BKM after acquiring a total of 14 properties spanning over2.2 million square feet across Oregon,Nevada , Colorado,and California in2023 . With its strategic location catering to regional as well as national logistics-focused tenants,the asset further strengthens BKM’s portfolio growth strategy.
