Developed by Hope Street Capital and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, this 29-story mixed-use tower boasts a total of 284 units.
Maimonides Health recently signed a long-term lease for 25,000 square feet on the second floor while Chick-fil-A secured a lease for the ground floor’s remaining 5,000 square feet.
