**Continuum Company Unveils Multi-Acre Waterfront Development on Biscayne Bay**
Continuum Company has officially unveiled plans for the Continuum Waterfront District, an expansive two-phase mixed-use development set along more than three acres on Biscayne Bay. This ambitious project received unanimous approval from the North Bay Planning Commission.
In 2024, Continuum acquired the waterfront property for $75 million. The site currently houses the Best Western Inn and the former location of Shucker’s restaurant.
The proposed Continuum Waterfront District will feature two luxury residential towers under the Continuum Club brand, alongside a boutique hotel with a rooftop pool. The district will also host new restaurants and bars, a renovated marina, wellness-focused outdoor spaces, and curated retail storefronts.
The project’s first phase, Continuum Club & Residences, is already under construction and nearly 50% sold. This sleek residential tower includes more than 60,000 square feet of high-end amenities such as a waterfront, resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art wellness center with a gym, yoga studio, longevity spa, private marina, and club memberships including access to an exclusive beach club and yacht club. Residents will also benefit from a premium membership to Dorsia, a members-only dining platform.
The Continuum Waterfront District is poised to become a new benchmark for luxury living and lifestyle experiences on Biscayne Bay.
