The team from CBRE’s Investment Properties division, including Sammy Cemo, Anthony DeLorenzo, Bryan Johnson, Nick Williams and Austin Reuland along with Barbara Perrier and Eric Cox from CBRE represented the seller – a partnership between Birtcher Anderson & Davis and Belay Investment Group.
According to Cemo, this property boasts an impressive track record of tenancy with high occupancy rates that offer stability and diversification for the new owner. Additionally, there is potential for increased returns by bringing current rents up to market levels.
At the time of sale, 97% of the center was occupied by its 41 tenants while offering clear heights ranging from 9′ to12′ as well as convenient ground-level loading doors across its expansive space measuring over 52 thousand square feet.
