Immunome, Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in cutting-edge targeted cancer treatments, has announced its selection of the Alloy Innovation Center in Bothell, WA as its new corporate headquarters. The decision follows Immunome’s recent merger with Morphimmune.
“We are pleased to welcome Immunome to our state-of-the-art campus in Bothell and have full confidence that our modern facilities will support their objectives. We are honored that they have chosen Alloy and entrusted us to meet their expanding needs during this exciting phase,” stated Alicia Hinds, head of asset management at Alloy Properties.
In partnership with West | Tech Properties, Alloy acquired the 200,000-square-foot property in 2021 and has since transformed it into a premier life science laboratory and innovative office space. This purpose-built campus offers tenants specialized lab suites equipped with advanced building systems designed for lab use along with backup generators and on-site personnel available for daily assistance.
