Big V Property Group, in partnership with Equity Street Capital, has recently completed the acquisition of Merchants’ Square in Carmel, Indiana. This marks Big V’s first venture into the Indianapolis market.
Merchants’ Square is a 232,284-square-foot open-air shopping center located in the affluent suburb just north of Indianapolis. The property boasts a prime location with high traffic volume and an attractive tenant mix including Planet Fitness, Flix Brewhouse, Cost Plus World Market,Petco,and Dollar Tree.
The shopping center will soon be joined by Harvest Market’s first Indiana location which is set to open this fall. The addition of this 76,000-square-foot store further enhances the already strong fundamentals of Merchants’ Square according to Eric Zimmermann,Big V Property Group’s Chief Acquisitions Officer.
