Big V Expands Georgia Retail Center Footprint

SITE Centers has recently sold the Johns Creek Town Center, a 303,297-square-foot retail center located in Suwanee. The property was acquired by Big V Property Group and Equity Street Capital.

This marks Big V’s fifth acquisition in Georgia as they continue to expand their portfolio of community centers. Their current holdings include properties in Brunswick, Cornelia, Loganville and Griffin.

According to CommercialEdge data, Johns Creek Town Center was developed on a 30.3-acre site back in 2000. The five-building complex is home to various retailers such as Market by Macy’s, HomeGoods, Sprouts Farmers Market and Ulta Beauty among others. With its prime location just 25 miles from downtown Atlanta,

the center offers convenient access for both shoppers and tenants alike.
