Big Sky Medical recently acquired a portfolio of three medical office buildings in the Houston area. The properties, located in Katy, Spring and League City, total 110,636 square feet and are all leased to Memorial Hermann Health System on long-term leases.
According to Commercial Edge reports, the acquisition was financed by a $28.9 million loan from Siemens Financial Services. In 2016, Siemens also provided two construction loans totaling $16.8 million for properties in Spring and League City as well as an $11.1 million acquisition loan for the asset in Katy.
