BH Properties has acquired Parkway Centre IV, a 153,238-square-foot office building located in Plano, Texas. The property was purchased from an investment entity affiliated with Goldman Sachs and adds to the company’s portfolio of 32 properties in Texas.
Constructed in 2006 and recently renovated at a cost of over $2 million, Parkway Centre IV features a two-story atrium lobby and numerous amenities including ample surface and covered parking.
The seller was represented by Newmark’s Dallas investment sales team led by Gary Carr and Chris Murphy. BH Properties’ Managing Director Scott Henry acted as the buyer’s representative.
With over 100 properties across 16 states currently under its ownership, BH Properties continues to expand its presence in the commercial real estate market.
