One of the world’s top online sports betting companies, bet365, has recently established its new U.S. headquarters in Denver at One Platte (1701 Platte Street). This move is expected to bring approximately 1,000 job opportunities to the local community. The company, originally based in the UK, has leased two full floors totaling 120,000 square feet within a five-story Class A office building situated between downtown Denver and the Highlands neighborhood. Prior to opening its doors for business in this location, bet365 completed renovations on their space.
The Colorado Economic Development Commission (EDC) granted up to $14 million through a performance-based Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit over an eight-year period for bet365’s establishment in Denver. These incentives are contingent upon meeting specific criteria related to job creation and salaries.
Newmark Executive Managing Director Andrew Blaustein and Newmark’s Economic Incentives Advisory team successfully secured these tax incentives from OEDIT on behalf of bet365.
In addition to their new headquarters in Denver and one other office located in New Jersey within the United States market; they also have offices located throughout various countries including: UK,Gibraltar,Malta,Australia,Columbia,and Bulgaria.
