A full-floor, long-term headquarters lease by a growing media tenant in a renovated Midtown South building underscores ongoing flight-to-quality demand in creative corridors. For owners and lenders, it highlights the leasing advantage of upgraded assets that can support both production and traditional office uses.

Betches Media has committed to a new headquarters location at 360 Park Ave. South, where it will occupy the entire sixth floor of the recently renovated office property under a long-term lease. The digital media company for young women is relocating from its current offices at 43 W. 24th St., consolidating its team onto a single full floor to support its next stage of growth.

Savills arranged the 23,038-square-foot lease on behalf of Betches. The tenant was represented by a Savills team that included Shay Bolton, Kirill Azovtsev and Jim Wenk, who advised the company on its search and negotiations for a headquarters environment suited to its operations.

According to Savills, securing the full floor at 360 Park Ave. South will allow Betches to configure its space around the way its teams work, emphasizing collaboration and content creation. Bolton noted that the Madison Square Park area continues to attract media and creative firms because the building stock can accommodate both production requirements and everyday office functions.

Betches was founded in 2011 by lifelong friends as an anonymous blog and has since grown into a multi-platform enterprise reaching millions of women through social channels, original video, podcasts and live events. The company is marking its 15th anniversary this month, and the headquarters move is timed to align its physical footprint with the scale and diversity of its expanding business lines.

The relocation to 360 Park Ave. South is planned for later this year, positioning Betches in a Midtown South location that has been drawing companies in content, media and other creative sectors. The move reflects the tenants decision to align with a renovated office property that can support both its brand identity and the evolving needs of its workforce.
