Berkadia has recently expanded its investment sales platform by adding two experienced professionals, Jason Parr as senior managing director and Scott MacDonald as managing director. Both will be based in San Francisco and report to Mike Miner, SVP and co-head of investment sales and production operations.
Parr brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Multifamily Advisory Group. He was responsible for providing transaction, valuation, and underwriting services tailored to the specific needs of private and institutional multifamily investors. Similarly, MacDonald joins Berkadia from Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group where he served as a managing director focused on implementing capital markets solutions for multifamily investors in the Northern California region.
Together with their team, Parr and MacDonald have advised on over $3 billion worth of investment sales transactions involving more than 13,000 multifamily units over the past twenty years. This new addition further strengthens Berkadia’s presence in the Bay Area market without mentioning any specific brands or companies.
