Berkadia Facilitates Sale of Boulders Lakeview Apartments in Suburban Virginia
Berkadia has successfully arranged the sale of Boulders Lakeview, a newly constructed 212-unit multifamily apartment community located in North Chesterfield, Virginia, part of the Greater Richmond metro area.
The transaction was facilitated by Berkadia’s Richmond team, including Senior Managing Director Drew White, Managing Director Carter Wood, Director Cole Carns, and Senior Director Matt Straughan, on behalf of the seller, Dominion Realty Partners. American Landmark, a Florida-based real estate investment firm, acquired the property.
