Berkadia Arranges Sale of $14.3M Coral Gables Development Site

Berkadia has arranged the $14.3 million sale of 1715 Douglas, an 0.87-acre development site in Downtown Coral Gables. Senior Managing Directors Roberto Pesant and Jaret Turkell, Director Yoav Yuhjtman, Associate Director Omar Morales and Associate Jose Mota successfully marketed the property on behalf of the seller to BAM Development who acquired it for its potential as a Class A multifamily mid-rise development with eight stories featuring 120 one- and two-bedroom units plus 178 proposed parking spaces that are already approved by site plan. Tomas Sulichin of ISG Related represented the buyer in this transaction.

“1715 Douglas is located strategically within South Florida’s thriving market,” said Pesant.” With easy access to major hubs like Brickell and Miami Health District, Coral Gables is experiencing a wave of growth that will be complemented by this sophisticated living space set at its heart.”
