Berkadia arranged the sale of Mr. Robinson, a 34-unit mixed-use multifamily property at 3752 Park Blvd. in San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood, for an undisclosed sum late last month. Managing directors Ed Rosen and John Chu and senior director Tyler Sinks of Berkadia San Diego led the transaction on behalf of the seller, architect and developer Jonathan Segal while California-based River Oaks Apartments LLC served as buyer.
Sinks commented that “the sale is significant due to its demonstration of continued strength in the multifamily investment market despite broader market turbulence; it also highlights pricing premiums achieved for well-located buildings with exceptional design.” Completed in 2015, Mr Robinson was among winners of 2017 Residential Architect Awards.
