Berkadia Finalizes Sale of Foster Creek Multifamily Property in Tukwila
Berkadia has successfully completed the sale of Foster Creek, a 179-unit garden-style multifamily community located in Tukwila, Washington. Situated at 15110 Macadam Road South, the property offers residents convenient access to Seattle’s Link Light Rail system and the nearby Westfield Southcenter Mall.
The transaction was led by Managing Directors Benjamin Johnson and David Sorensen, Director George Pallis, Associate Director Peter Dudunakis, and Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis of Berkadia’s Seattle office. Acquisition financing for the buyer was arranged by Senior Managing Director Tim Leonard and Managing Director Chris Crump from Berkadia’s Dallas office.
