**Berkadia Secures $34M Refinancing for Bozeman Lodge Senior Living Community**

Berkadia has announced the successful refinancing of Bozeman Lodge, an independent and assisted living community located in Bozeman, Montana.

The financing was arranged by Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare team, including Managing Directors Ed Williams, Steve Muth, and Austin Sacco, Senior Director Garrett Sacco, and AVP Alec Rosenfeld, on behalf of the property’s owner-operator, Radiant Senior Living, based in Oregon.

The $34 million loan was secured from a debt fund and features interest-only payments for the full 2.5-year term. The financing package also includes additional proceeds designated for capital improvements to the property.

“Bozeman Lodge is a high-quality community in a dynamic market, and this refinancing provides the ownership with flexible capital to execute their business plan and continue enhancing the resident experience,” said Steve Muth of Berkadia.

Bozeman Lodge is located at 1547 N. Hunters Way in Bozeman’s scenic Gallatin Valley. The community is situated in the home city of Montana State University and is less than 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. It offers a range of accommodations, including one- and two-bedroom private apartments and two-bedroom cottages.
