Berkadia Arranges $11M Sale of Tennessee Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility

Berkadia recently announced the sale of Brighton Gardens of Brentwood, a 113-unit assisted living and memory care senior housing property in Brentwood, TN. Managing Directors Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers led the transaction on behalf of Indianapolis-based Prime Care One, LLC. The buyer was a joint venture between two investor groups.

Tremper commented: “We are delighted to have completed this transaction with such high quality partners during these turbulent capital markets times. The market in Brentwood is outstanding and we anticipate positive outcomes for all involved.”

Brighton Gardens is located at 103 Arcaro Place in an area characterized by corporate headquarters, medical offices, hotels and restaurants. Built in 1997 it offers 113 units for assisted living as well as memory care services with occupancy levels around 91% at time of sale .
