JLL Capital Markets recently oversaw the sale of Sunrise of Franklin Lakes, an assisted living and memory care facility located in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The 88-unit property was purchased by an undisclosed buyer for an undisclosed price.
The seller was represented by JLL’s Seniors Housing team and New Jersey team, who also facilitated the acquisition on behalf of the undisclosed buyer. Sunrise Senior Living will continue to manage the property.
Constructed in 2021, Sunrise of Franklin Lakes is a two-story building with 51 assisted living units and 37 memory care units. The community offers various floor plans including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options for assisted living as well as private or semi-private memory care units. Amenities include activity rooms and social areas, a bistro connected to a main dining room, theater room , computer room , physical therapy gym , weekly housekeeping services ,and laundry facilities .
Situated on a spacious 4.62-acre site at728Franklin Ave., this facility is located in Bergen County approximately25 miles northwestof Midtown Manhattan .
