Cima Food, a provider of processing and packaging equipment, has inked a new lease for 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 12000 Baltimore Ave., Beltsville, MD. KLNB’s Ken Fellows represented the landlord Bernstein Management Corp while Cima Food was represented by Gary Edell from 4Dimensional Real Estate Solutions.
Fellows commented on the deal: “This area is a growing submarket that has gained significant interest.” The transaction marks yet another successful leasing agreement in Beltsville’s industrial property market.
