New City is set to open Forth, a luxurious 196-room hotel and social club located along Atlanta’s popular Eastside Trail. This highly anticipated $150 million tower will officially open its doors this June, making it the first hotel with direct access to the BeltLine.
The renowned Morris Adjmi Architects have designed Forth, while Method Co. has been selected as its operator.
Spanning 16 stories high, Forth offers 39 fully furnished apartments for extended stays. In addition to these accommodations, FORTH Atlanta boasts an array of food and beverage options including a lobby café and bar, rooftop cocktail lounge, Italian steakhouse,and poolside restaurant and bar. Guests can also enjoy various amenities such as an event venue,a spacious coworking space that accommodates up to 350 people,a members-only social club,and a stunning outdoor pool measuring at over2 ,300 square feet.
One of the highlights of this new establishment is The Forth Club -a private club spanning several floors within the building.It features state-of-the-art facilities like a fitness center,pilatesand yoga studios,outdoor pool,dining options,and lounges.Membership rates for The Fourth Club are yet to be announced by New City.
In order for construction on this projectto begin in2016,the old Kroger store was demolished by New City who then went on torebuildthe office building known as725 Ponce.This latest development marks another significant milestone in their portfolio’s expansion plans.With its prime location offering easy access to BeltLine,this boutique hotel is expectedto attract both localsand tourists alike,making it oneofAtlanta’s most sought-after destinations upon openingin June.
