Mortenson, a leading construction firm headquartered in Kirkland, WA, recently achieved a major milestone at Four106—an office property in downtown Bellevue being developed by Patrinely and affiliates of Dune Real Estate Partners. The 485,000-square-foot 21-story tower has reached its mat slab pour stage.
“Our team put forth tremendous effort to dig out the foundation and we are thrilled to have made it this far,” said Matt Chamberlain EVP responsible for the Western U.S., Patrinely.
The project is also supported by architect Collins Woerman and structural engineer DCI with The Broderick Group leasing on behalf of Patrinely and Dune Real Estate Partners.

In addition to Mortenson’s efforts other members involved include architect Collins Woerman as well as structural engineer DCI while The Broderick Group takes care of leasing responsibilities on behalf or both parties .
