Tesla Inc. is expanding its presence in the Seattle area by adding office space near its existing service center in Bellevue.
According to a report from the Puget Sound Business Journal, Tesla has signed on as a first-floor tenant at 14475 NE 24th St, located within the Oakhurst Center. The company’s service center is currently situated nearby at 14408 NE 20th St.
The property’s leasing agent, CBRE, confirms that plans are underway for renovations to accommodate Tesla’s needs. This includes remodeling several suites and installing amenities such as a server room and electric vehicle chargers. The building is part of a larger two-building office complex that was acquired by New York-based Innovatus Capital Partners in 2020.
This move further solidifies Tesla’s commitment to expanding their operations in the Seattle region and reflects their continued growth as an electric vehicle maker.
