Bell Works Chicagoland Welcomes First Food Tenant

Bell Works Chicagoland, the former AT&T corporate campus and Chicagoland’s first self-contained metropolis in suburbia or “metroburb,” has officially opened its latest cafê and food concept: Fairgrounds World’s Fair. This 5,743 square foot establishment offers more than 130 indoor seats as well as an outdoor patio with 45 additional seats. It features a seasonal food and bakery program, a cocktail bar with beer and wine selections, plus grab-and-go options for customers on the go.

Located at the Ameritech Center in Hoffman Estates, Bell Works Chicagoland is transforming into a dynamic community hub featuring offices, ground floor retail stores & dining establishments along with residences & gathering spaces across its 150 acre campus that was originally built to serve as an AT&T research facility. The grand opening of Fairgrounds World’s Fair marks yet another milestone in this ongoing transformation process which will eventually provide visitors from near & far alike access to one of America’s most unique destinations for business & culture alike!
