### Bell Works Chicagoland Expands Tenant Roster with New Office and Retail Leases

Bell Works Chicagoland continues to build momentum, welcoming seven new businesses and an office space expansion.

The latest additions to the metroburb include a global medical device and solutions provider, an indoor golf facility, an interactive gaming and entertainment experience, an Indonesian specialty retailer, a video installation gallery, a local media company, and a French-inspired gluten-free bakery.

In addition to these new tenants, Convergint, a technology solutions provider and existing tenant, has expanded its footprint within Bell Works Chicagoland. The company has added 17,400 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of warehouse space to support its growing operations.

“This latest group of tenants represents an exciting mix of office, lifestyle, retail, and community-focused offerings,” said Ralph Zucker, Founder and CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development, the developer behind both Bell Works campuses.

Bell Works Chicagoland, formerly home to the AT&T corporate campus, has undergone a transformation led by Somerset Development. The 1.65-million-square-foot space is now a vibrant hub featuring offices, retail, dining, residences, and community gathering spaces.
