MDH Partners, an Atlanta-based real estate company, has achieved full occupancy at 7447 S Central Ave., a 118,218-square-foot industrial building in Bedford Park, IL. The 55,718 square foot lease was secured by Better Earth – an Atlanta based sustainable food service packaging company – and represented by Lee & Associates’ Calvin Gunn. NAI Hiffman’s Steve Connolly and Chris Gary marketed the space on behalf of MDH Partners.
The building is part of the Chicago Infill Net Lease Portfolio that MDH purchased in October 2021; a 1.3 million square feet portfolio located three miles south from Midway International Airport with direct access to Belt Railway. Drew Crawford VP at MDH commented: “The acquisition of this portfolio marked our entrance into the Chicago industrial market and now we have reached full occupancy with this lease to an Atlanta based brand which marks a full circle moment”
