Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital have successfully completed Phase I of their advanced manufacturing campus, 44 Middlesex, located in Bedford, MA. This marks the delivery of the first 147,000-square-foot space to the Greater Boston submarket. Newmark has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for this property with executive managing directors Richard Ruggiero, Matt Adams,Torin Taylor,Rory Walsh,and Tyler McGrail leading the team.
Taylor expressed his congratulations to ownership on reaching this milestone and delivering a top-notch facility in an area with limited supply but high tenant demand. He also stated that through their partnership with Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital they are confident in finding a suitable tenant for this space.
Phase II of development is already underway and will include another 147,000-square-foot building which has received entitlements and is ready for construction. The anticipated completion date is set for 2026 after beginning construction in 2025.
