Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has expanded their Northside portfolio with the addition of The Windale. Located at 6019 N. Winthrop Avenue in the Edgewater Beach neighborhood of Chicago, this 55-unit building sold for $6.8 million and was represented by Joe Smazal from Interra Realty while JP Morgan Chase Bank provided financing with Scott Kalkofen leading the charge. Becovic Management Group will be managing The Windale property going forward.
