Norris & Stevens, Inc. and Sperry Van Ness (SVN) recently facilitated the lease of 12,003 square feet at 9400 Place in Beaverton, OR. The Tenant – VIDA Coworking – leased four suites of office space to offer 25 private offices, 26 “dedicated desks”, a variety of open flex office spaces and an on-site fitness studio to members when it opens in August.
Duane Link from Norris & Stevens represented the landlord – 9300 Hillsdale LLC – while Stacy Looney from SVN Bluestone acted on behalf of VIDA Coworking for this transaction.
