Brookfield Properties has announced that BBVA, a leading financial institution, will be relocating its New York City headquarters to Two Manhattan West. This move marks the final addition to the impressive Manhattan West development. Accordingly Regina Gil, Head of BBVA CIB in the U.S., “This relocation is another important step in our growth plans for the US market while also demonstrating our commitment towards sustainability by choosing a building powered entirely by renewable energy.” Brookfield Properties was represented by their own team consisting of Duncan McCuaig Mikael Nahmias Dave Caperna Dan Roberts.
