Baywood Hotels Acquires Land in New Hampshire to Construct Hyatt Place Hotel

Baywood Hotels has acquired 165 Deer Street, Lot 3, in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire for $4.25 million from Foundry Place Hotel. The property is adjacent to the Foundry Place Garage and Baywood plans to construct a new five-story Hyatt Place hotel on the site with 117 modern rooms, a 51-space parking garage and ground level café. Christian Stallkamp of The Boulos Company acted as broker for the seller in this transaction.

This acquisition marks an exciting development opportunity for Baywood Hotels who will be able to build a state of art Hyatt Place hotel that will offer guests luxurious amenities and convenience while visiting Portsmouth’s downtown area.
