"Bay Harbor Islands Office Project Secures Construction Loan from Investor Team"

Taubco and Landau Properties have recently partnered to secure a construction loan for One Kane Concourse, an impressive 125,000 square foot office building located on Bay Harbor Islands. The two companies were able to obtain a $74 million dollar loan from 3650 Capital in order to finance the ground-up construction of this state-of-the-art property.

Strategically situated at 9551 E Bay Harbor Drive and conveniently positioned across from the Bal Harbour Shops, One Kane Concourse will feature 75,000 square feet of premium office space as well as a waterfront restaurant on its ground floor. According to the developers, this Class A office building is unique in Miami due to its exclusive private boat access and dockage options. Additionally, each unit will boast a terrace with outdoor space and stunning views of Biscayne Bay. The seven-story structure has been thoughtfully designed by renowned architect Luis Revuelta.

Construction is set to begin at the end of this month with an expected completion date in late 2026.

Leading commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Gale, Andrew Trench Ryan Holtzman ,and Edward Quinon have been appointed as leasing agents for One Kane Concourse’s office spaces.
