Simon Vogt, SIOR has joined Kidder Mathews’ Pleasanton office as a Senior Vice President (SVP), bringing nearly two decades of industry experience and specializing in leasing and sales of office and flex space. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a principal at Lee & Associates in the East Bay.
Vogt began his career working for a real estate-driven private equity firm as a financial analyst. His early experience managing an investment portfolio allowed him to gain unique insight that has helped him serve clients effectively as an experienced broker. To date, he has completed more than 600 transactions with total value amounting to $290 million dollars.
In 2022 Simon earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation which is recognized globally by commercial real estate professionals for its high standards of knowledge, production levels and ethical conduct within the industry .
