Kidder Mathews has welcomed three new members to its Pleasanton and Silicon Valley offices. Louis Kwok, Gabriel Sahagun, and Ed Vergara have joined the firm from Marcus & Millichap with a specialty in multifamily investment sales throughout the Bay Area.
Vergara joins Kidder Mathews as First Vice President with more than 25 years of business experience under his belt. He has overseen hundreds of transactions involving 1031 exchanges into larger or more efficient multifamily properties or passive NNN/DST investments.
Kwok also joins as First VP, bringing nearly a decade of experience specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties focusing on East Bay and Silicon Valley areas where he was consistently ranked among top 10 producers at Marcus & Millichap’s Oakland office.
Sahagun is an Associate who focuses on San Francisco’s East Bay area for both multifamily and mixed-use property transactions that he led alongside Kwok at their previous firm’s Mixed Use Division . Pictured: Ed Vergara (First VP).
