**Eternity Technologies to Invest $20 Million in New Deer Valley Facility**

Eternity Technologies is set to invest $20 million in a new manufacturing facility in Deer Valley. The plant will focus on producing batteries for industrial traction applications, including those used in forklifts and power jacks. Additionally, it will manufacture reserve power products for renewable energy storage, battery backup systems, hybrid power solutions, solar streetlights, and emergency lighting.

The company, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, currently operates factories in Sherman, Texas, as well as in Chile, Spain, and Germany.

The new facility, located at the Deer Valley Business Campus at 1400 West Rose Garden Lane, will span 50,000 square feet and is expected to be operational later this year. The investment will also create 50 new jobs in the area.

Eternity Technologies is leasing the property, with Chase Heinemann, Bob Lundstedt, and Skip Corley of Daum Commercial representing the company in the transaction. The property owner, Sunbelt Investment Holdings, was represented by CBRE’s Mark Krison, Luke Krison, and Armand Doost.

The new headquarters will be situated near the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. chip factory.
