Lee & Associates, a leading brokerage firm, recently facilitated the sale of an industrial building located at 1020 Olympic Drive in Batavia, Illinois. The property spans over 118,041 square feet and is one of the largest user sales in the Fox Valley market this year.
The buyer was represented by Michael Androwich Jr., a principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois. Blue Peak Tents, who currently operates in Batavia and is looking to expand their operations, purchased the property. According to Androwich Jr., “The buyer’s rapid growth necessitated a larger facility with outdoor storage capabilities which this building provides.”
