**Bastyr University Lists 51-Acre Washington Campus for Sale**

Bastyr University has announced plans to sell its 51-acre campus located in Kenmore, Washington. Following a full or partial sale of the property, the university will relocate to a new campus within the Seattle area.

The scenic campus is situated on the northeast shore of Lake Washington, within Saint Edward State Park. Berkadia has been retained to market the property, which spans nearly 51 acres and comprises a 177,990-square-foot campus complex. The offering includes 132 student living units, as well as a range of facilities such as a dining hall, fitness and wellness center, a historic venue, botanical gardens, teaching clinics, and a library.

The site is conveniently located near downtown Seattle and in proximity to major employers like Microsoft, Amazon, Nintendo, T-Mobile, Pfizer, and Phillips Healthcare. Development opportunities for the property include affordable or mixed-use multi-family housing in a village-style setting, with access to nearby recreational trails and wetlands. Notably, the site includes nearly a dozen acres of buildable land, potentially accommodating up to 1,000 new apartment units.
