Boasting 806 climate-controlled units and top-notch security systems among other amenities, this facility is the result of Basis Industrial’s acquisition of the land in November 2021 and subsequent completion within just 16 months. The management of this impressive establishment will be entrusted to renowned third-party operator Public Storage.
