The first property is the Winter Garden Business Park located in Winter Garden, FL and was purchased for $24.95 million. This 91,727-square-foot property is situated in the highly sought-after northwest Orange County submarket and was represented by Ron Rogg from CBRE on behalf of seller Westminster Capital.
The second property acquired by Basis Industrial is North Lake Business Park located in Altamonte Springs, FL which spans over 272,000 square feet and sold for $49.5925 million with JLL representing seller Taurus Investment Holdings. Currently at 84% occupancy with an impressive portfolio of 37 businesses as tenants, this property presents great potential for future growth under Basis’ ownership.
