Bascom Group Acquires Belltown Apartments - A Strategic Investment in Seattle's Thriving Real Estate Market

Bascom Group, LLC has recently completed the acquisition of 2300 Elliott, a multifamily community located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. The property consists of 92 units and was purchased by Bascom through the efforts of Chad Sanderson, Jim Singleton, and Joe Ferguson. Jamie Kline and Annie Rice from JLL assisted with securing debt financing for the buyer.

Constructed in 1992, this five-story residential building includes two levels of structured parking. Its prime location offers residents easy access to retail stores as well as entertainment options such as Amazon , Meta , and Google . Property management services will be provided by Apartment Management Consultants.

According to Acquisitions Manager Joe Ferguson: “Our investment in urban Seattle is driven by market resilience despite high levels of new construction.” He also noted that with new housing supply slowing down and a strong employment base in the area, there is great potential for growth at this property. This marks Bascom’s fourteenth multifamily acquisition in the Pacific Northwest region and its twelfth purchase within Washington state.
