Barclay Group has successfully completed the development of six Arizona shopping centers anchored by Kroger’s Fry’s Marketplace in the last fifteen months. Two more centers are set to open later this year.
One of their recent projects, Morrison Ranch in Gilbert, AZ, opened on January 31st and is anchored by Fry’s Marketplace (Kroger). This milestone also includes multiple properties across Arizona that are all anchored by Fry’s Marketplace (Kroger), such as Gladden Farms in Marana which opened in October 2024, Vistancia Point in Peoria which opened in November 2024, and Hudson Station Queen Creek which opened May 2024.
In total for the year 2024 alone, Barclay Group delivered nine retail shopping centers totaling over 1.9 million square feet across various locations including southwest and southeast regions. These new developments feature anchor tenants like Kroger’s Fry’s Marketplace as well as Target, Sprouts Farmers Market and EOS Fitness.
Looking ahead to future growth opportunities for Barclay Group include expanding its multi-tenant retail portfolio with a current count of twenty-five properties spanning six states: Arizona Florida Texas Colorado North Carolina Idaho.
