"Bank of America Extends Lease at 554,000-Square-Foot Complex in Dallas Area"

Bank of America has recently renewed its lease at Hallmark Center I in Addison, securing the entire 553,799-square-foot office building for the next 10 years. The property was acquired by The RMR Group in 2013 and Bank of America became its sole occupant that same year. The sale price for the asset was $105 million.

Hallmark Center I is comprised of two buildings with a combined total area of two and three stories respectively. These structures were built in 1977 and 1997.

The landlord, represented by Stream’s Rhett Miller and Matt Wieser, successfully negotiated this transaction with Bank of America. JLL’s Andy Leatherman and Bret Hefton acted as representatives for BofA during this process.
