Baltimore Office Complex Sold for $9M by CityWide Properties

Specializing in value-add assets, CityWide Properties has acquired the White Marsh Professional Center in Nottingham, Maryland for $8.85 million. The 80,046-square-foot office complex was purchased for a total of $11.8 million and consists of three multi-tenant office buildings with 42 units and 318 parking spaces on over six acres of land near the White Marsh Mall and Interstate 95. Marc Tropp from Eastern Union secured financing with a fixed interest rate of 5.95% for five years along with one year of interest only payments at 75% loan to value ratio.
